Over the past year, our staff has made significant strides towards ensuring the quality of our processes and products for our customers. Today, we are proud to announce that we have obtained ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001:2015 is a widely recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS) that provides a framework for continual improvement and helps organisations to improve their performance by optimising processes and process compliance; ensuring quality and therefore customersatisfaction.
